ETX-1000 [> 40M/min]

ETX-1000 is a compact, economic & reliable automatic applicator for "Self-Adhesive" labels...

With a solid mechanical structure & robust electronic control system, the ETX-1000 comes in three versions allowing maximum label widths of 80, 140 and 200mm.

The range of electronic controllers allow pack speeds of up to 20, 30 or 40M/min respectivley...

ETX-2000 [>50 M/min]

Two standard versions with web widths of 140 and 200 mm, have maximum labelling speeds up to
50 M/min and thanks to a powerful stepper
motor & electronic microchip control‚ this
ensures high– precision labelling.

The ETX-2000 range is completed by a high
performance version with web width of
up to 140 mm and peeling speed
up to 70 M/min! This version allows label roll Dia's of up to 400mm
with "Low-Label" warning and motorized rewind for the backing paper.

The control unit with digital display and
function keys‚ allows quick "Format" retrieval‚ making product
change over quick & easy....

With a range of accessories: Hot-foil coder units and stainless steel positioning
stands‚ allows easy integration of the
ETX-2000 labeller into any packaging line.

ETX-1000 [semi-auto]

It is a semiautomatic labeller for label applications onto cylindrical products.

Complete with: adjustable positioners and motorized rollers support table structure and a builtin control electronics with a manual start.

SAX-1 system
[Single head in-line]

Utilising either the ETX-1000 or 2000 labelling head [dependant upon line speed], the SAX-1 system is a purpose built in-line unit for flat products.

With heigth adjustable conveyor, integrated speed control & product guides the SAX-1
is a complete "single label-apply" solution.
